Conditions
With a DIRECT BOOKING you book in the MOST ADVANCED WAY:

- We ask for a fixed deposit of 30% of the total amount (non-refundable) to confirm your booking and to block the requested days in the agenda.
- The total amount of the booking must be paid at least 30 days before arrival.
- Costs in case of cancellation: 30% (fixed advance), from 30 days before arrival 60% of the total amount of the booking, From 14 days before arrival 100% of the total amount of the booking, no refund will be provided.
